It's Official
It has been confirmed by a trained health specialist I know that eating before going to bed makes you fat. I just learned that today. Apparently its not just an old wives tale. Clinical Studies have shown that 100% of all food consumed 3 hours before sleeping is converted into FATS. Which only means....I am going to have suppers from now on.
In fact, I'm going to get myself a bedside fridge well stocked with donuts and chocolates, pop a couple into my mouth and flop back into bed...
Good news for me, bad news for some.
